摘要:
为研究微型月季的花期调控技术,以月季“芳香王阳台”“红宝石”为材料,研究了LED灯在不同光照强度(5 000,10 000,20 000 lx)、不同光周期(16 h/8 h,12 h/12 h)及不同温度处理[16 h(25 ℃)/8 h (16 ℃),16 h(25 ℃)/8 h (25 ℃)]对其生长的影响。结果表明:在光照强度为20 000 lx,光周期16 h/8 h时,2个微型月季品种冠幅、株高、分枝数、花朵数、叶面积、叶绿素含量都高于其他处理“芳香王阳台”的株高、冠幅、分支数受光照强度的影响,“红宝石”的株高、冠幅、分支数受长光照周期的影响。在变温处理[16 h(25 ℃)/8 h (16 ℃)]下,月季冠幅、株高变小,叶片的叶绿素含量、叶面积都减少,但该变温处理容易促进月季开花提前,且花朵集中开放。此研究结果为LED光源对微型月季的花期、花型(冠幅、株高)的定向调节提供了基础。
Abstract:
In order to study the flowering regulation of miniature roses, two rose varieties “Fragrance King Terrazza”“ Rosa‘Ruby’ ”were used to investigate the growth effect of roses under different light intensities of 5 000, 10 000, 20 000 lx, different photoperiod of 16 h/8 h, 12 h/12 h of LED lights and different temperature treatments of 16 h (25 ℃)/8 h (16 ℃), 16 h (25 ℃)/8 h (25 ℃). The results showed that the crown width, plant height, branch number, flower number, leaf area and chlorophyll content of the two varieties were higher than those of other treatments when the light intensity was 20 000 lx and the light period was 16 h/8 h. The plant height, crown width and branch number of “Fragrance King Terrazza” were affected by light intensity while those of “Rosa‘Ruby” were affected by light period. The crown width, plant height, chlorophyll content and leaf area of roses decreased at 16 h(25 ℃)/8 h(16 ℃). But the temperature change stimulated flowering early and simultaneously. This study provided a basis for directional regulation of florescence and flower pattern (crown width and plant height) of miniature rose under LED light.
