摘要:
我国各大城市对园林废弃物的处置方式一般是随城市生活垃圾进行焚烧或填埋，资源化利用率极低。资源化利用多作为生产堆肥和覆盖物等低价值产品，而高价值产品的资源化方向尚处于研发阶段，推广应用受限。我国在其资源化利用方面的政策支持和经费鼓励严重不足，且缺乏统一的利用标准。因此，国家相关的法律文件及经费保证措施和高价值利用技术的标准化，是推进园林植物废弃物资源化利用过程中亟待解决的问题。
Abstract:
The disposal methods of garden waste in major cities of China are incineration and landfill with municipal solid waste. Resource utilization ratio of garden waste is very low. And, the products of resource utilization are often used as compost and mulch with low value. The high-value products are still developed at the laboratory stage. These disposal methods are also limited in the shortage of policy support, financial encouragement or uniform standards. Therefore, the relevant national standardization of legal documents and fund security mechanism and the use of high-value technology are the keys to the problems of resource utilization of the garden waste.
