摘要:
为培育优质杨树造林种苗,以‘南林3804’杨树1年生苗木种条为研究材料,研究比较了原种条等级、扦插密度等因素对大田扦插繁育育苗的影响。结果表明:在插穗规格、水肥管理措施一致的条件下,在轻壤地育苗质量较高;采用1年生Ⅱ级苗作为原种条,截成长16 cm、小头直径2—2.5 cm、具3芽2节的穗条,常规浸泡灭菌后,按照25 cm×80 cm(5万株/hm2)的育苗密度扦插,苗木平均保存率达96.2%,当年生Ⅰ级苗和Ⅱ级苗的出圃率分别为25.49%和37.78%。
Abstract:
With NL 3804 as the research material, the effects of original seed grade, cutting density on field cutting were studied and compared. The results indicated that under the same conditions of cutting specifications, water and fertilizer management, it is advisable to establish a nursery in sandy soil. Annual secondary seedlings should be used as the original seed strips, with a length of 16 cm, a thickness of 2—2.5 cm, and three buds and two nodes. After conventional soaking and sterilization, 25 cm×80 cm (50 000 plants/ hm2) should be used as the seedling density. The result was got in an average survival rate of 96.2%, and the emergence rates of primary and secondary seedlings in the same year were 25.49% and 37.78%, respectively.
