摘要:
为筛选野生小香勾优良种源,该研究收集并保存了来自浙江省和福建省主要分布区的14份种源,对其1年生新枝的生长量及茎、根部的主要功效成分进行了测定,并采用权重赋值法对14份种源的生长量、茎部及根部功效成分进行综合评价。结果表明,各种源的生长量及茎、根部的主要功效成分均存在较大差异。其中,5号种源(浙江省庆元县)生长量最大,4号种源(浙江省龙泉市)茎部功效成分最高,3号种源(浙江省龙泉市)根部功效成分最高,最终筛选出5号、13号(浙江省遂昌县)和14号(浙江省莲都区)3份综合得分较高的优质种源,可供进一步开发利用。
Abstract:
To obtain superior provenances of wild Xiaoxianggou, 14 different geographic provenances were collected from the main distribution areas of Zhejiang and Fujian Provinces. The annual new branch growth and key functional components were measured and comprehensively evaluated using the weighing assignment method. The results showed significant differences among the provenances in growth, as well as in the main functional components of stems and roots. Specifically, provenance No.5 (from Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province) exhibited the highest growth; provenance No.4 (from Longquan) showed the highest stem functional component content; and provenance No.3 (also from Longquan) had the highest root functional component content. Three superior provenances with both high growth and high functional component contents—No.5, No.13 (from Suichang County, Zhejiang Province), and No.14 (from Liandu District, Zhejiang Province)—were finally selected for further development and utilization.
