摘要:
身心健康已成为城市居民日益关注的焦点,城市湿地公园因其缓解精神压力、促进身心恢复的潜力而备受重视。以南昌艾溪湖森林湿地公园为研究区域,选取硬质广场、滨水驳岸、开敞草坪和林下步道4类典型景观空间,结合播放西方古典与中国古典背景音乐,设计景观与音乐组合样本8组及无声对照样本4组,采用实景照片与SRRS量表邀请616名大学生进行评价。结果显示:(1)不同景观空间与音乐组合的压力缓解效益存在显著差异,硬质广场与西方古典音乐组合评分最高(46.94±11.696),林下步道则与中国古典音乐组合效果最好(53.76±12.009);(2)压力缓解效益评分为中国古典音乐组(51.66±11.953)>西方古典音乐组(43.43±14.644)>无音乐组(34.7±15.845)(P<0.05)。该文系统揭示了城市湿地公园不同景观环境与背景音乐组合对游客精神压力缓解效益的影响结果,为提升公园恢复性环境设计提供了实践建议。
Abstract:
Physical and mental health is of increasing concern for urban residents, and urban wetland parks are recognized for their potential to relieve stress and support recovery. This study, conducted in Nanchang Aixi Lake Forest Wetland Park, examined how different types of background music—Western classical and Chinese classical—combined with various landscapes (such as plazas, waterfronts, lawns, and wooded trails) affected stress reduction. Based on evaluations from 616 students using photos and the SRRS scale, results showed that: (1) Music-landscape interactions mattered—Western music worked best in plazas, while Chinese music was most effective on wooded trails; (2) Chinese classical music led to the highest stress relief (51.66 ± 11.953), followed by Western classical (43.43 ± 14.644), with no music being least effective (34.7 ± 15.845). The findings offer practical insights for designing restorative urban wetland environments.
