摘要:
为筛选出理想的防治松材线虫病注干药剂,选取市面上常见的3种甲维盐乳剂,采用浸虫法对其进行室内毒力测定与林间防治试验。结果表明:不同药剂处理对松材线虫的毒力大小顺序为2%甲维盐微乳剂(B药剂,江苏艾津作物科技集团有限公司生产)>5.7%甲维盐微乳剂(A药剂,江西中迅农化有限公司生产)>2.3%甲维盐微乳剂(C药剂,浙江世佳科技有限公司生产),LC50值分别为4.61×10-7,5.08×10-7,5.62×10-7 mL/mL;LC95值分别为1.80×10-6,2.48×10-6,3.25×10-6 mL/mL,即每厘米胸径植株注射药剂用量分别为0.34,1.34,1.52 mL。林间防效表明对松材线虫的注干防治效果A药剂>B药剂>C药剂。综合分析,推荐使用A药剂作为松材线虫注干药剂,注干用药量建议为每厘米胸径松树0.8 mL。
Abstract:
To select the best pesticide to prevent pine wilt disease (PWD) by trunk injection, we chose three common kinds of emamectin benzoate agents on the market for toxicity determination on pine wood nematodes (PWN) in laboratory by dipping method, and forest tests were also conducted. The result showed that the toxicity of tested insecticides against PWN was in order, as follows, 2% (Agent B, Jiangsu Aijin Agrochemical Co., Ltd.) >5.7% (Agent A, Jiangxi Zhongxun Agro-chemical Co., Ltd.) > 2.3% (Agent C, Zhejiang Sega Science and Technology Co., Ltd.), with the LC50 values of 4.61×10-7, 5.08×10-7 and 5.62×10-7 mL/mL respectively mL/mL. The LC95 values were1.80×10-6, 2.48×10-6 and 3.25×10-6 mL/mL respectively, the dosage of the trunk injection was 0.9, 1.9, and 3.0 mL/cm DBH respectively. The forest test results showed that the effect on PWN prevention by trunk injection was, in order, as follows, Agent A > Agent B > Agent C. After comprehensive analysis, it is recommended using Agent A as the trunk injection agent for PWN prevention. And the recommended dosage for injection is 0.8 mL per centimeter DBH of pine trees.
