摘要:
为探讨生长调节剂种类与质量浓度对不同元宝枫品种扦插生根的影响,以‘凤蝶’‘东岳佳宝’‘东岳红霞’3个元宝枫新品种嫩枝为试验材料,选用NAA,ABT,IBA 3种生长调节剂蘸根10 s,分别设置500,1 000,1 500,2 000 mg/L 4个质量浓度处理扦插枝条,并以清水为对照。结果表明,不同质量浓度的NAA,ABT,IBA处理后均提高了3个品种的生根率、生根数和根长,且上述指标随处理质量浓度的增加呈现先增后降的趋势,均以1 000 mg/L处理后效果最好;相同品种经1 000 mg/L NAA,ABT,IBA处理后,生根率、生根数、根长基本呈现ABT>IBA>NAA规律;不同质量浓度NAA,ABT,IBA处理后,3个品种的生根率、生根数、根长均为‘凤蝶’>‘东岳红霞’>‘东岳佳宝’。尤其在生根率上,‘凤蝶’与其他2个品种有显著差异。NAA,ABT,IBA可促进元宝枫嫩枝扦插生根,以1 000 mg/L ABT速蘸根效果最好;不同元宝枫品种扦插生根存在显著差异,以‘凤蝶’生根情况最好。
Abstract:
In order to learn about the effects of the types and concentrations of growth regulators on the rooting of cuttings of different varieties of Acer truncatum, the softwood of three new varieties(Fengdie, Dongyuejiabao and Dongyuehongxia) were taken as experimental materials and their cuttings were treated for 10 seconds with four concentrations (500, 1 000 , 1 500, 2 000 mg/L) of three growth regulators (NAA, ABT , IBA) by contrasting with water. The results showed that the rooting rate, rooting number and root length were increased by different concentrations of NAA, ABT and IBA, and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of concentration, and the best effect was obtained by 1 000 mg/L treatment. Under the optimal concentration treatment, the average rooting rate, rooting number and root length of the three varieties were significantly different from the control. After 1 000 mg/L NAA, ABT and IBA treatment, the rooting rate, rooting number and root length of the same variety showed the same pattern of ABT>IBA>NAA. After treatment with different concentrations of NAA, ABT and IBA, the rooting rate, rooting number and root length of the three varieties showed the same pattern of Fengdie>Dongyuehongxia>Dongyuejiabao. Especially in rooting rate, there was a significant difference between Fengdie and the other two varieties. In conclusion, NAA, ABT and IBA could improve the rooting of Acer truncatum softwood cuttings, and 1 000 mg/L ABT performed best.There were significant differences in rooting among different Acer truncatum cultivars, and ‘Fengdie’ had the best rooting condition.
