摘要:
为了解桉树人工林下奇楠沉香(Aquilaria sinensis‘Qi Nan’)的早期生长动态特征,筛选出适合广西丘陵山地复层栽植的优良品系,以25个奇楠沉香无性系为试验材料,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,连续3 a定位观测其树高、地径、高径比和最终保存率,对不同年份的生长性状进行差异性分析并计算遗传参数,对不同品系进行聚类分析,通过隶属函数分析法和布雷金多性状综合评定法进行综合评价。结果表明,奇楠沉香无性系的树高、地径和高径比在1—2 a均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),种植第3年时仅地径存在显著差异;不同年份的奇楠沉香树高、地径和高径比的变异系数分别为6.74%—14.53%,13.31%—17.05%,8.32%—9.43%,重复力分别为0.01—0.87,0.87—0.88,0.34—0.78;聚类分析将25个奇楠沉香无性系(3年生)分为4类,其中,第3类的综合表现最优,树高2.48—2.76 m,地径3.74—4.28 cm,保存率81.33%—93.33%;无性系QN1(棋楠1号)、AS(凹身)、LBS(蓝宝石)和CT(穿透)的连年生长性状在隶属函数分析和布雷金多性状综合评价中均排名前列,表现出较高水平的生长趋势。因此,在“桉树+奇楠沉香”复层栽培模式下,奇楠沉香无性系QN1,AS,LBS和CT更适合作为优良品系在广西地区推广种植。
Abstract:
To analyze the early growth dynamics of Aquilaria sinensis ‘Qi Nan’ cultivated under Eucalyptus plantations and to screen out superior clones suitable for multi-layer planting in the hilly and mountainous areas of Guangxi. Using 25 clones of A.sinensis ‘Qi-Nan’ as experimental materials, a single-factor randomized block experimental design was employed. Tree height, ground diameter, height-to-diameter ratio were continuously monitored over a three-year period,and final survival rate also obtained. Analysis of variance was conducted to evaluate differences in growth traits across different years,and the genetic parameters estimated. Cluster analysis was conducted to differentiate among strains,followed by a comprehensive evaluation using membership function analysis and Brekin’s multi-trait comprehensive assessment method. The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.01) in tree height,ground diameter and height-diameter ratio among the clones of A.sinensis ‘Qi Nan’ in the first two years,while only ground diameter showed significant differences in the third year. The coefficients of variation for tree height,ground diameter, and height-to-diameter ratio across different years were 6.74%—14.53%,13.31%—17.05% and 8.32%—9.43%,respectively. The repeatability of tree height,ground diameter,and height-to-diameter ratio of A.sinensis ‘Qi Nan’ in different years were 0.01—0.87,0.87—0.88 and 0.34—0.78. These 3-year-old clones of A.sinensis ‘Qi Nan’ were divided into 4 classes by cluster analysis, and the third class had the best comprehensive performance,with tree height range of 2.48—2.76 m,ground diameter of 3.74—4.28 cm,and preservation rate of 81.33%—93.33%. The annual growth traits of clones QN1,AS,LBS and CT ranked the top in the membership function analysis and the comprehensive evaluation of multiple traits of Breckin,showing a relatively high level of growth trend. Therefore,it is concluded that under the “Eucalyptus+Aquilaria sinensis” multi-layer cultivation model,the four clones QN1,AS,LBS and CT of A.sinensis ‘Qi Nan’ are more suitable for regional promotion and planting as excellent strains in Guangxi region.
