摘要:
通过大田试验,测定了23个不同类型灌木柳树在铅污染土地(270 mg/kg)的存活率、苗高、萌枝数和干物质量,结果显示不同灌木柳的生长表现存在显著差异,初步筛选出生长表现较优的灌木柳树无性系2343,35-9,55-2,2358和2413,为进一步筛选具备修复铅污染土壤能力的灌木型柳树提供材料。
Abstract:
We examined the survival rate, stem height, resprouting number and dry weight of 23 types of bush willow under lead pollution (270 mg/kg) site by a field test. Significant variations were found among them in growth performance, and our data indicated that Clone2343, 35-9, 55-2, 2358 and 2413 had rather better growth performance, which might lay foundation for the subsequent choice of the potential bush willow candidates for phytostabilization of Pb-contaminated soils.
