摘要:
为促进兴安县毛竹的开发利用,采用离析法和显微镜观察法对兴安县华江锐炜、江头林场、龙潭江、洞上、白花岭林场、反壁江6个不同产地毛竹纤维形态和组织比量展开研究,评价其作为造纸原料的优劣,结果表明:兴安县6个产地毛竹纤维长度范围为2.21—2.51 mm,纤维宽度范围为16.35—17.87 μm,纤维长宽比均超过100,;纤维壁厚范围为9.67—13.07 μm;纤维腔宽范围为4.80—7.49 μm;长纤维(>1.6 mm)占比范围为81%—89%;维管束密度范围为2.09—2.83个/mm2。兴安县6个产地毛竹均达到优质造纸原料的要求。
Abstract:
To facilitate the development and utilization of moso bamboo in Xing’an County and enhance its economic value, the morphology and tissue proportion of the fibers from 6 producing areas, i.e. Huajiang Ruiwei, Jiangtou Forest Farm, Longtanjiang, Dongshang, Baihualing Forest Farm and Fanbijiang in Xing’an County, were studied by using the method of isolation and microscopic observation, and the advantages and disadvantages of fibers as papermaking materials were evaluated. The results indicated that the fiber length of moso bamboo from six areas in Xing’an County ranged from 2.21 mm to 2.51 mm, the fiber width ranged from 16.35 μm to 17.87 μm, the length-to-width ratio exceeded 100; the fiber wall thickness ranged from 9.67 μm to 13.07 μm; the fiber lumen width ranged from 4.80 μm to 7.49 μm; the proportion of long fiber (>1.6 mm) ranged from 81% to 89%; the vascular bundle density ranged from 2.09 to 2.83 per mm2. To sum up, the moso bamboo from six production areas meets the requirement of high-quality papermaking raw material.
