摘要:
采用微型月季品种‘宝石宝贝’(Rosa hybrida Mini ‘Gem Baby’)扦插苗进行潮汐苗床栽培施肥试验,栽培中分别采用3种肥料的施肥方案[F1施肥方案所用商品肥为永通花无缺全水溶性复合肥(20-20-20+TE);F2施肥方案所用控释肥为易可多全包衣(10-8-18+1.5MgO+TE);F3施肥方案所用自配单元素肥营养液是针对泥炭、椰糠等有机栽培基质的荷兰Geerten van der Lugt配方],比较3种施肥方案下微型月季生长发育的状况,为制定微型月季潮汐苗床标准化种植施肥方案提供科学依据。结果表明,3个施肥方案下的‘宝石宝贝’在株高、冠幅、纵横比指标上均满足相关质量等级标准要求(株高≥14 cm、冠幅≥ 17 cm、纵横比1.5—1.7);F1及F2方案下的月季在病虫害发生率、叶面积、相对叶绿素含量、现蕾时长等指标上无显著差异且均优于F3方案;同时3个方案中F1方案下的月季花枝数指标最优(6.22支);3个处理所有指标的综合评价系数为:F1(0.87)>F2(0.81)>F3(0.36);F1在整体效果上株型最紧凑均匀丰满,花叶分布最均匀;表明商品肥和控释肥方案更适宜微型月季潮汐苗床栽培,其中商品肥栽培效果最佳。
Abstract:
To compare the growth and development of Rosa hybrida Mini cultivated with different fertilization schemes, Rosa hybrida Mini ‘Gem Baby’ cutting seedlings were planted in tidal seedbed with 3 schemes (F1: Commercial fertilizer; F2: Controlled-release fertilizer; F3: Self-made single element fertilizer) in the cultivation process. The results showed that, with all of the schemes, the seedlings growth all met the relevant quality grade standards in terms of plant height, crown width and aspect ratio ( i.e. plant height≥14 cm; crown width ≥ 17 cm; aspect ratio ranging 1.5—1.7). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of diseases and pests, leaf area & relative chlorophyll content, and squaring stage between the seedlings with F1 and F2, both overmatched those with F3. And F1 performed best in the number of flower branches (6.22). Based on comprehensive evaluation coefficients, the order of schemes presented as F1 (0.87) > F2 (0.81) > F3 (0.36). Also, F1 could overall, bring about the most compact, uniform and plump plant type, as well as the most uniformly-distributed flowers & leaves. We concluded that the practices with commercial fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer were more suitable for Rosa hybrida Mini in tidal seedbed cultivation, especially with commercial fertilizer, the best cultivation effect obtained.
