为培育出更多优质光皮桦(Betula luminifera H.Winkl)容器苗,以当年采种、当年播种、高度5—7cm芽苗为对象,研究6,7,8月移栽至轻基质容器中苗木的成活率、地径及高度情况。结果显示:3个时间段移栽苗木成活率分别为92.37%, 83.44%,64.33%;地径分别为4.62,4.15,2.81 mm;苗高分别为58.2,52.79,19.48 cm,差异均达到极显著性水平(P<0.01)。由此可见,8月移栽的苗木成活率低于国家造林技术规程中85%的标准,苗高低于丽水市光皮桦轻基质容器育苗技术规程中Ⅱ级苗20 cm的要求。因此,光皮桦芽苗移栽应尽量在7月底前完成,移栽时间适当提前有利于苗木生长。
Abstract:
In order to cultivate more high-quality Betula luminifera H. Winkl. container seedlings, we studied the survival, ground diameter and height of the seedlings transplanted in June, July and August by taking the seedlings with a height of 5 to 7 cm that were collected and sown in the current year.The results showed that the survivals of transplanted seedlings in the 3 time periods were 92.37%, 83.44% and 64.33%, respectively; the ground diameters were 4.62, 4.15, and 2.81 mm, respectively; and the seedling heights were 58.23, 52.79, and 19.48 cm, respectively. The difference between them all reached the extremely significant level (P<0.01). It could be seen that the survival of the seedlings transplanted in August was lower than the 85% standard in the national afforestation technical regulations, and seedling height lower than the 20 cm requirement of the Second-Grade seedlings in the Lishui City’s B. luminifera light substrate container seedlings technical regulations. Therefore, the transplant of B. luminifera seedlings should be completed before the end of July as much as possible, and the transplant time should be properly advanced to facilitate the growth of seedlings.
