摘要:
薄壳山核桃是优质用材树种和木本油料树种,为了解不同薄壳山核桃品种在江苏地区的早期生长及结实特性,该文以2008年种植于江苏常州地区的5 个薄壳山核桃品种(‘波尼’、‘马罕’、‘碧根源3号’、‘碧根源5号’和‘斯图尔特’)为材料,调查分析了树体生长量、结实率、干果特性及果仁品质。结果表明,5个品种薄壳山核桃生长正常,年平均生长量树高为0.74—1.13 m,地径为0.97—1.47 cm;波尼’、‘马罕’、‘碧根源3号’2年生嫁接苗定植后第5年开始结实,第9年单株产量为8.35—11.62 kg;果仁总脂肪含量65%—70.88%,总蛋白质6.14%—12.53%, 总纤维246%—387%, 可溶性总糖2.12%—2.83%。综合比较各品种早期结实丰产及果仁品质特性,认为‘碧根源3号’、‘波尼’和‘马罕’表现优异。
Abstract:
Carya illionoensisis an important species for high quality timber tree, dry fruits and oil. To enrich resource of good cultivars in Jiangsu, 5 cultivars (‘Pawnee’, ‘Mahan’,‘Stuart’,‘Bigenyuan 3’ and ‘Bigenyuan 5’)were selected to plant in 2008. The yield and kernel quality were observed and analyzed. All the trees could grow and breed normally. The yield of the 9th year was 8.35—11.62 kg per tree. Crude fat content of the kernel was 65%—70.88%, crude protein and sugar contents of the kernel were 6.14%—12.53% and 2.12%—2.83%, respectively. Such 3 cultivars as Pawnee’, ‘Mahan’and ‘Bigenyuan 3’ were suggested to be planted in Jiangsu for the production of nuts.
