摘要:
为提高管氏肿腿蜂室内人工繁育效率,该研究选择大麦虫1日龄蛹作为替代寄主,探讨不同处理方法对管氏肿腿蜂人工繁育效果的影响,旨在筛选更适宜的繁育技术方案。在恒定的25 ℃和75 %相对湿度条件下,分别评估了未经处理(对照组)、75 %酒精溶液浸泡以及冷藏处理的大麦虫1日龄蛹,在不同虫蜂比条件下接种管氏肿腿蜂后的出蜂率、单管最高产量和单管平均产量等数据。结果表明:对大麦虫蛹进行处理可显著提升出蜂率和单管产量:采用75%酒精浸泡处理,浸泡2 h后按1∶8虫蜂比接种,单管平均产量达到最高值,为(29.00±10.19)头/管;浸泡4 h后以相同虫蜂比接种,出蜂率达到最高,为40.00%。冷藏处理5 d的大麦虫蛹,接种不同虫蜂比的出蜂率均有所提高,尤以1∶6虫蜂比接种时,其单管平均产量显著低于其他虫蜂比(P<0.05)。对照组虽可获得较高单管产量(53.33头/管),但出蜂率极低(<10%),表明剧烈运动显著抑制了未经处理虫蛹的寄生过程。结论如下:以冷藏5 d,1∶8虫蜂比的大麦虫1日龄蛹进行接种,能有效提升管氏肿腿蜂的繁育效率和投入产出比。此可为优化室内管氏肿腿蜂人工繁育技术提供理论依据。
Abstract:
To enhance the efficiency of indoor artificial rearing of Sclerodermus guani, the effect of 1-day-old pupae of Zophobas atratus (darkling beetle) as a substitute host treated with different method on the artificial rearing of S. guani, was probed into to screen out a more appropriate technical scheme. Under constant conditions of 25 ℃ and 75% relative humidity, the indices including emergence rate, maximum yield per tube, and average yield per tube of S. guani after inoculation under various wasp-to-host ratios, were determined, where hosts were subjected to different treatments, i.e. immersion in 75% ethanol solution, and cold storage. The results showed that the treatments could significantly improve the emergence rate and yield per tube, specifically, with the pupae soaked for 2 h in 75% ethanol solution, at a wasp-to-host ratio of 1∶8, the average yield per tube could reach the highest value (29.00±10.19) individuals per tube, while with 4-hour soak and at the same ratio, the emergence rate could peak at 40.00%. As for pupae cold-storage of 5 days, the emergence rate increased under all ratios inoculation, but at a ratio of 1∶6, the average yield per tube was significantly lower than those under other ratios (P< 0.05). Although the control group achieved a relatively high yield per tube (53.33 individuals), its emergence rate was extremely low (< 10%), indicating that the intense movement of untreated pupae significantly inhibited the parasitization process. In conclusion, cold-storing 1-day-old Z. atratus pupae for 5 days and inoculation with S. guani at a wasp-to-host ratio of 1∶8 could effectively improve the rearing efficiency and input-output ratio, which could provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the artificial rearing technology of S. guani.
