摘要:
为提高彩叶杨扦插繁殖效率,该研究以生根率、平均生根数、平均根长及根系效果指数为评价指标,采用双因素随机区组设计,探究植物生长调节剂种类(IBA,NAA,ABT 1号)与质量浓度(200,500,800 mg/L)及其交互作用对扦插生根的影响。结果表明,生长调节剂种类与质量浓度对各生根指标均具极显著主效应(P<0.01),且在生根率与根系效果指数上存在显著交互作用(P<0.05)。其中,500 mg/L ABT 1号处理效果最佳,其生根率达86.3%,平均生根数为7.26,根系效果指数为0.34,隶属函数综合得分(0.57)显著优于其他处理(P<0.01)。
Abstract:
In order to improve the cutting propagation efficiency of Populus deltoides‘Zhonghong’, the effects of plant growth regulator ( IBA,NAA,ABT 1),their mass concentration ( 200,500,800 mg/L) and their interaction on cutting rooting were investigated by two-factor randomized block design with rooting rate, average rooting number, average root length and root effect index as evaluation indexes. The results showed that the plant growth regulator type and concentration had a significant main effect on each rooting index ( P< 0.01 ), and there was a significant interaction between rooting rate and root effect index (P<0.05). Among them, 500 mg/L ABT 1 treatment had the best effect, with 86.3 % rooting rate,7.26 average rooting number,0.34 root effect index,and the comprehensive score of membership function (0.57) was significantly higher than the other treatments (P<0.01).
