摘要:
对12个红花香椿家系2年生优树自由授粉子代测定林进行观测分析,结果表明:试验林2年生时树高、地径、保存率均值分别为1.44 m,4.39 cm,88.50%,在家系间存在极显著差异,树高、地径、保存率的家系遗传力分别为0.550,0.521,0.774,远大于单株遗传力0.125,0.102,0.146。以20%的入选率筛选优良家系,兼顾树高、地径、保存率均值大于试验林整体均值为标准,筛选了10,12号2个家系,入选的优良家系树高、地径、保存率均值为1.70 m,5.39 cm,96.37%,现实增益平均为17.71%,19.10%,8.89%,遗传增益平均为9.76%,9.95%,6.88%。这些优良家系充实了红花香椿育种群体,可尽早在与试验区相似的地区以家系的形式推广试种。
Abstract:
The results of observation and analysis on the test forest of free pollination progeny of 12 Chinese toon families with 2-year-old superior trees showed that the average values of tree height, ground diameter and preservation rate were 1.44 m, 4.39 cm and 88.50% respectively in the test forest for 2 years, and there were significant differences among families. The heritability of tree height, ground diameter and preservation rate were 0.550, 0.521 and 0.774, respectively, much higher than those of single plant (0.125, 0.102 and 0.146). The excellent families were screened with a 20% selection rate. Taking into account that the average value of tree height, ground diameter and preservation rate was greater than the overall average value of the test forest as the standard, two families of No10,12 were screened, the average value of tree height, ground diameter and preservation rate of the selected excellent families were 1.70 m, 5.39 cm and 96.37%, the average value of actual gain was 17.71%, 19.10% and 8.89%, and the average value of genetic gain was 9.76%, 9.95% and 6.88%. These excellent families could enrich the breeding population of Toona sinensis, and can be popularized in the form of families in areas similar to the experimental area as soon as possible.
