以杭州西天目山红果榆种源为试材,研究了红果榆1年生播种苗高生长的季节变化,并利用Logistic,Compertz和VonBertalanffy 3种非线性模型对其高生长规律进行拟合,结果显示,3种模型的拟合度(R2)均在0.98以上;Von Bertalanffy和Gompertz模型的拟合值与实际值偏离较大,而Logistic模型在整个测定时期其拟合值与实际值很接近,拟合度(R2)达0.994;依据Logistic生长模型,可将红果榆1年生实生苗的生长期划分为出苗期、生长初期、生长盛期和生长后期4个时期。其中,生长盛期幼苗高生长量占全年总生长量的56.25%。沙床催芽、芽苗移栽育苗法具有出苗早、发芽齐、出苗率高、便于管理等优点,适于红果榆生产育苗中应用推广。
Abstract:
The seasonal variation of height growth of one-year-old seedlings of Ulmus szechuanica, which came from West Tianmu Mountain, Hangzhou, was studied and three nonlinear models, such as Logistic,Compertz and VonBertalanffy, were used to fit the height growth ruler. The results showed the fitting degree (R2) of the three models was above 0.98. The both fitting value of VonBertalanffy and Compertz model deviated greatly from the actual value, but the fitting value of Logistic model was very close to the actual value in the whole measuring period, and the fitting degree could reach 0.994. According to the Logistic growth model, the growth period of the one-year-old seedlings could be divided into four stages: emergence stage, early growth period, peak growth period and late growth period. Among them, the high growth rate of seedling in the growing period accounted for 56.25 % of the total growth in the whole year.Higher germination rate, short germination time and homogeneous germination were the advantages of the method of accelerating germination in sand, so it is suitable for the cultivation of U. szechuanica seedlings in production.
