摘要:
以4年生苏木带复叶枝条为插穗,探究在3种基质(基质1:纯河沙;基质2:等容积河沙与泥炭土混合物;基质3:等容积河沙与椰糠混合物)中的生根情况、内源激素含量及扦插结束后的基质养分含量变化。结果表明:(1)相较纯河沙处理,添加泥炭土及椰糠后插穗生长状况及根系活力均有提升,其中基质3处理插穗根系生长(总根长、总根投影面积、根表面积、总根体积)最好,而基质2处理后根系活力最高;(2)扦插结束后,基质2,3的pH、含水率及养分含量高于基质1,全氮、全磷及速效磷含量以基质3处理最高,速效氮及钾以基质2处理最高;(3)插穗内源激素中,ABA、IAA含量以基质3最高,而ZR,GA3则分别为基质1,2最高,随着轻基质的添加,各内源激素含量表现不同;(4)基质氮、磷、钾养分及ABA,IAA含量与插穗根系生长间具有正相关关系,而ZR,GA3含量则反之。因此,适量添加轻基质有助于带复叶的插穗生根。基质3中苏木插穗根系生长最好,多数内源激素含量高于基质2中的插穗,而基质2中的插穗根系活力最高。
Abstract:
This article aims to study the survival rate, growth effect and physiological and biochemical characteristics of cuttages of Caesalpinia sappan under different substrates, in order to provide technical guidance for the actual cutting production with the compound leaf branches of 4-year-old as cuttage, the rooting, endogenous hormone contents and substrate nutrient contents after cutting in three types (Substrate 1:pure river sand;Substrate 2:equal volume of river sand plus peat soil; Substrate 3:equal volume of river sand plus coconut coir) were determined. The results showed that: (1) There were significant differences in most root growth indicators among three treatments. Compared with that in Sustrates 1, the growth of cuttings and root vitality were both improved in Sustrates 2 and 3,the root growth (total root length, total root projected area, root surface area, total root volume) of cuttings was the best under Sustrates 3, while the root vitality was the highest under Sustrates 2. (2) After the cuttings were taken, there were varying degrees of differences in the properties among different substrates. The pH, moisture content and nutrient content of Substrate 3 were higher than those of Sustrates 1.The contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and available phosphorus were the highest in Sustrates 3, while the contents of available nitrogen and potassium were the highest in Sustrates 2.(3) As for the endogenous hormones of cuttings, the contents of ABA and IAA were the highest under Sustrates 3, while ZR and GA3 were the highest under Sustrates 1 and 2, respectively, suggesting the addition of light substrate could make hormone contents show different manifestations. (4) There was a positive correlation between the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients in the substrate, the contents of ABA and IAA and the growth of the root system of cuttings, while the contents of ZR and GA3 contrast. In conclusion, adding an appropriate amount of light substrate is beneficial for the rooting of compound leaf branches of C.sappan. Under Sustrates 3, the root growth of softwood cuttings gets the best, and the content of most hormones is higher than that in Sustrates 2. The root vitality of C. sappan cuttings is the highest in Sustrates 2.
