摘要:
在济宁试验区,利用无人机喷施苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bt, 32 000 IU/mg)、病毒复合微生物杀虫剂(美国白蛾核型多角体病毒1 000万PIB/mL+苏云金芽孢杆菌2‰)对林间美国白蛾1—3龄幼虫防治效果开展试验,通过稀释40,20,10倍3个配比梯度,采用新复极差法对2种药剂的防治效果进行统计分析,结果表明:美国白蛾病毒复合微生物杀虫剂与Bt杀虫剂的防治效果存在显著差异(P<0.05)。其中,喷施复合杀虫剂20倍液的防治效果显著优于Bt 10倍液,3 d时幼虫死亡率达80%,7 d后防治效果达到99%,较Bt杀虫剂提高10.37%—17.66%。美国白蛾病毒复合微生物杀虫剂对桑蚕、蜜蜂、虾蟹等无毒害,可在特种养殖等敏感区域推广应用,能够有效降低害虫种群密度,抑制虫害扩散风险,从而维护森林生态系统的健康与稳定。
Abstract:
A field study was conducted in Jining Experimental Area to evaluate the control efficacy of UAV-sprayed Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt, 32 000 IU/mg) and a novel viral-microbial composite insecticide (10 million PIB/mL Hyphantria cunea nucleopolyhedrovirus [HcNPV] + 0.2% Bt) against 1st-3rd instar H. cunea larvae by three dilution gradients (40, 20, and 10 times). Statistical analysis using Duncan’s new multiple range test revealed significant differences (P<0.05) in control efficacy between the two insecticides. The 20 times gradient HcNPV-Bt formulation achieved superior performance compared with the 10 times Bt treatment, inducing 80.2% larval mortality at 3 days post-application and 99.1% efficacy after 7 d, getting 10.37%—17.66% enhancement over Bt using alone. The HcNPV-Bt formulation showed no toxicity to non-target species (silkworms, honeybees, crustaceans), suggesting its potential for integrated pest management in special type breed regions to suppress pest populations, mitigate infestation risk, and safeguard forest ecosystems.
